New omelettes now available during Brunch

Big Machine Tavern is now offering omelettes as part of its brunch menu, available during weekends from 10am to 4pm.

The Big Machine Florentine is made with sautéed spinach, garlic, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes. It’s mixed with mozzarella cheese and pesto.

The Tennessee Ranchero is made with chicken, sautéed onions and peppers, and pepper jack cheese. It’s topped with Ranchero sauce.

The Ham and Cheese is made with diced ham and cheddar jack cheese.

All omelettes come with a side of breakfast potatoes, and pair perfectly with our bottomless brunch cocktails.
