SOMETHING TO BARK ABOUT: BMV PARTNERS WITH THE NASHVILLE HUMANE ASSOCIATION
This month we started our partnership with the Nashville Humane Association, an organization who was responsible for 3,524 pet adoptions last year in 2019. Nashville Humane Association is commonly known throughout Nashville for their large presence in the community through events such as the Mutt Strutt 5K, Cause for Paws 19, Unleashed, Dog Day Festival, and many more. This year, Big Machine Distillery, is partnering with NHA through “Yappy Hours” and special adoption events held at the Big Machine Distillery & Tavern on our newly renovated dog-friendly patios. A portion of our sales from each Yappy Hour and adoption event will be donated to the Nashville Humane Association. Keep an eye out on our socials and newsletters for details on when our first Yappy Hour and NHA adoption event will be held.
To get the word out about our new partnership, Big Machine Distillery and NHA put their best paw forward and joined forces putting on a photoshoot for one lucky pup, Jack. Jack is a 4 month old, terrier mix – sorry ladies he’s off the market and recently got adopted! We hired Jack to be the star of our Big Machine Distillery & Tavern billboard located on the corner of Bransford Avenue and Craighead Road displaying our updated dog friendly patios.
If you’re interested in adopting through the Nashville Humane Association you can visit www.NashvilleHumane.org. There you can search for your favorite pet online and book an appointment for an in-person meet & greet. Adoption fees can vary, but they generally range from $85-$225 for dogs and puppies, and $45-$175 for cats and kittens. Remember to visit www.nashvillehumane.org to get more information on adopting, volunteering, or make a donation.
Don’t forget to swing by the Big Machine Distillery and Tavern and enjoy a drink and appetizers, while sitting with your furry friend. Our dog friendly patios include picnic tables, grass turf, and shaded seating. We’re located at 2824 Bransford Avenue.
