Directions:
Preheat your over to 350F.
Melt 1 stick butter and ½ cup of chocolate chips until you have a smooth chocolate butter mixture. I used a Williams and Sonoma Microwave Safe bowl and microwaved my mixture for 25 seconds and blended with a whisk. Repeating this process until everything is smooth (like our vodka).
Add ¾ cup sugar and whisk until smooth.
The best part, VODKA! Add in your ¼ cup vodka…a little more if you’re feeling extra boozy…and whisk. Make sure your mixture is nice and smooth now and wait until it has cooled down.
Once your mixture has had time to cool, it’s time to really get this batter going.
Add two large eggs and 1 cup flour (two batches for a less lumpy batter) and mix well.
Step 5:
Pour that boozy goodness into a greased 8/8 square pan and stick it in the oven for 25 minutes.
Once the time is up, stick a toothpick in the middle. You want it to come out ALMOST clean. We like our boozy brownies with a little gooeyness in the middle.
Step 6:
Cool for 15 minutes!
