Here's What's Cooking at the Big Machine Distillery + Tavern!

It’s been nearly six months since we opened the Big Machine Distillery and Tavern! Like any business experiencing rapid growth, we’re constantly evaluating where we can improve – we also truly value customer feedback. After hearing customers ask for additional menu options, we took it upon ourselves to make this a reality. We are thrilled to announce that we now have a full menu with everything you would expect from a first-class friends and family hangout! Due to the spread of COVID-19, our launch of this menu has looked a bit different than what we originally envisioned. At the moment, customers can order our new menu items for delivery or curbside pickup (click here to place your order). Keep reading for a Q&A about our brand new menu!

What new entrée items can we expect on the menu?

You asked and we listened. Our new menu will feature a wide variety of hearty entrée items. You will be able to enjoy a variety of hamburgers and cheeseburgers (including a veggie burger option), chicken and waffles and more! If you are looking for more, try the hot chicken salad, grilled cheese, patty melt, and the BTA – an upgrade from the standard BLT as it includes avocado and can be done vegetarian.

Will you offer appetizers?

Of course – no tasting room menu is complete without delicious, sharable options. Our menu will include generous portions of nachos, a combo plate of various-flavored curly fries,  chicken tenders, chicken wings, meatballs, cheese curds, and Bavarian pretzel sticks. If the group is super hungry, you can order our loaded Big Machine fries featuring queso, Monterey jack cheese, bacon, jalapeños, and ranch. Heavenly!

 The lunch and dinner options sound great. What about breakfast?

            With COVID-19, we’ve all been spending our weekends inside. With our new menu, you can bring brunch home! We are continuing to serve our popular Moonshine Madness Belgium waffle which includes our Boozie Blackberry Moonshine maple syrup. Customers can also order a breakfast sandwich, one of our fresh pastries, and, of course, our locally-roasted Big Machine Coffee.

Do you have any pizzas?

            Yes! Our talented executive chef has created a mouth-watering array of pizzas, starting with basics of pepperoni, the Meat Lovers, a plain cheese, and a veggie option, keep an eye for some special recipes that will be featured.

 Can we order drinks with curbside pickup?

            Have your own happy hour at home with our to-go cocktails! You can purchase one of our many to-go virgin cocktails in both individual and pitcher sizes that come with the appropriate-sized bottle for you to pour in at home! Options include a Moscow Mule, Old Fashioned, gin-based Elder Honey Sting, vodka-based Raspberry Twist and many others. You can also pick up larger-sized bottles of any of our spirits as well as cans of Big Machine Beer including the Nashville IPA and Big Machine Lite.

When will the Big Machine Distillery and Tavern be open to visitors?

            While we are thrilled to be able to offer curbside pickup and delivery, we really miss having our customers hanging out in our distillery to socialize, listen to live music, play trivia, darts, and more!
